Facilities & Prices We currently offer 2
rooms – 1 double & 1 twin (see pictures below) However, for larger parties
of 5 or 6 we do have an additional double with en-suite facilities available
– please contact us for details All rooms are en-suite
with showers and have colour TV, hairdryers and tea & coffee
making facilities There is also a
comfortable dining room/lounge (with the view shown on the front page) for guest’s exclusive use. *****Please
note that we are a no smoking establishment***** Our facilities are not
really suitable for young children but please call us to discuss alternative local
arrangements.
We charge the following
rates for Bed & Breakfast in 2008/09: 4th

3 nights anytime in 2008 (with the exception of Easter) and the fourth night
is free of charge. Booking notes
and conditions We do have a policy of a minimum 2 night stay
for July & August in our twin room (well, you can’t come all the way up
here to Waternish in Summer and only stay one night!) and our booking service
reflects this. However, if this causes you a problem, please contact us by
phone or e-mail and we will try to accommodate your requirements. Regretfully, we do not
have any single rooms so we reserve the option to charge an additional £10.00
per night for single occupancy of a double or twin room. When booking, we ask
for a £20.00 refundable deposit to secure the room(s) with the balance
payable at the end of your stay. The deposit is refundable up to 1 week
before arrival in case your plans change – cancel within one week of your
arrival and we will retain your deposit. In the case of non-arrival, and we
have not been informed, we reserve the right to deduct the full cost of the
first nights stay from your credit or charge card. Ready to book?
